1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pak555 at pak555.ws, registering an account, or using any part of the platform — including browsing game lobbies without a logged-in account — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the player") and pak555 ("the platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using pak555 immediately and not register or attempt to register an account.
pak555 may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use pak555 after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance before the change takes effect.

2. Eligibility & Registration
pak555 is an 18+ platform. Age verification is mandatory and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed without exception, with all funds forfeited.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pak555 may request age verification documents (CNIC, B-Form, or passport) at any point. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
One Account Per Person & Household
Each player may register and maintain only one pak555 account. Multiple accounts registered from the same device, IP address, or household payment method are flagged automatically. If duplication is detected, all related accounts are closed and any remaining balances and bonus credits are forfeited.
Accurate Information Required
You must provide your real name, date of birth, current address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration. pak555 verifies this information against payment records and national identity documents before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.
Self-Excluded Players
If you have previously self-excluded from pak555, you are not permitted to register a new account during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to do so is a violation of these Terms. If pak555 identifies that a self-excluded player has created a new account, the account will be closed and any deposits returned less any bonus amounts used.
3. Account Responsibilities
Your pak555 account is your personal responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
- Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of pak555 on shared or public devices after every session.
- Notify pak555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not allow any other person to use your account, even temporarily.
- Keep your contact details — email address and mobile number — current at all times.
- Complete identity verification promptly when requested by pak555.
- Do not attempt to transfer or sell your pak555 account to another person.
pak555 will send account communications — deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, bonus credits, and security alerts — to the email address and mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure these are correct and that you read communications from pak555.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits on pak555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. Minimum deposit is Rs 200.
Accepted Payment Methods
pak555 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The available methods are displayed in your account cashier at the time of deposit. pak555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
Deposits Must Come from Your Own Account
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. pak555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be returned in full and the pak555 account will be reviewed for possible closure.
Failed or Pending Deposits
If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but has not arrived in your pak555 balance within 15 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-deposit before the first transaction is resolved. pak555 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
pak555 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or mobile payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside pak555's control and responsibility.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals at pak555 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. pak555 processes withdrawals within the timeframes stated below.
Standard Accounts
Processed within 1 business day. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 2–4 hours of processing. IBFT bank transfers take 4–8 hours depending on your bank.
Gold VIP & Above
Gold members: same-day. Platinum and Diamond members: instant processing with a dedicated finance team. No holdback period on tournament winnings for verified accounts.
- Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 require completed identity verification (CNIC copy).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is met.
- pak555 may request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.
- pak555 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending security or fraud review.
- Withdrawal cancellations must be requested before processing begins and cannot be reversed once processed.
Third-Party Withdrawals Not Permitted
Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. pak555 does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses and promotional offers from pak555 are subject to specific terms that vary by promotion. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
Most deposit bonuses on pak555 carry a wagering requirement — typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires Rs 25,000 of qualifying real-money bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Specific requirements are stated on each promotion's page.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses on pak555 have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited. Real-money deposits in your account are not affected by bonus expiry.
One Welcome Bonus Per Player
The pak555 welcome bonus is available to new registrations only — one per person, one per household, one per device, and one per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and results in account closure.
VIP Cashback
Weekly VIP cashback credited through the pak555 VIP Club carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable. Cashback amounts are calculated on net losses for the prior 7-day period and credited every Monday. VIP cashback is not classified as a promotional bonus for the purposes of wagering conditions.
pak555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have met the wagering requirement, the bonus is forfeited but any real-money balance in your account remains withdrawable.
7. Gaming Rules
Each game category on pak555 — including sports betting, poker, slots, crash games, and live dealer — has specific rules displayed within the game or its associated help section. These category rules operate alongside these general Terms.
- Bets and wagers placed on pak555 are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled once the game round or event has started.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round, pak555 will resolve the round using the verified server-side outcome. If no valid outcome was generated, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
- PSL and sports bets placed in error — wrong team, wrong market, wrong stake — are not eligible for refunds once confirmed.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and may vary by VIP tier. These limits are displayed before confirming any bet.
- pak555's RNG certificate covers all provably fair games. Outcomes are generated server-side before display and cannot be altered retroactively.
- Use of any software to predict, automate, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent account closure.
Provably Fair Verification
pak555's crash games and applicable RNG games use provably fair algorithms. The cryptographic hash of each outcome is published before the round. After the round, the seed is revealed and you can verify the result independently using the verification tool in your account.
8. VIP Club Terms
The pak555 VIP Club operates on a points-based tier system with five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership is automatic for all registered accounts and progression is based on loyalty points accumulated through real-money play.
- Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers. Free play and bonus-only wagers do not generate VIP points.
- Tiers are reviewed quarterly. Failure to accumulate the minimum points for your current tier may result in a one-level downgrade at the next review.
- Points remain valid for 90 days following your last real-money play. Inactivity beyond 90 days pauses points accumulation.
- VIP cashback is calculated on net losses only. If you have net winnings for the week, no cashback is generated.
- Physical gifts for Platinum and Diamond members are sent to registered addresses in Pakistan only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- pak555 reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, cashback percentages, and tier thresholds. Changes take effect at the next quarterly review period.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak555. Engaging in any prohibited conduct results in immediate account suspension pending investigation and potential permanent closure with full forfeiture of balances.
Automated Play
Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with pak555 in place of a human player.
Collusion
Coordinating with other players in poker or any other competitive game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants on pak555.
Money Laundering
Using pak555 to process funds for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering. pak555 cooperates fully with Pakistani financial intelligence authorities.
Bonus Abuse
Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements with near-zero risk strategies designed to extract bonus value.
Fraud Detection
pak555 operates automated fraud detection systems that monitor all account and transaction activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour are reviewed by the security team before any action is taken. If you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged, contact support at support@pak555.ws.
10. Account Closure
Either you or pak555 may close a pak555 account. The process and outcomes differ depending on who initiates the closure and why.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak555 support. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days of confirmed closure.
pak555-Initiated Closure — With Balance Return
pak555 may close an account for operational or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct. In these cases, real-money deposits and verifiable winnings are returned. pak555 will provide at least 14 days' notice where practical.
pak555-Initiated Closure — Misconduct
Accounts closed due to violations of these Terms — fraud, bonus abuse, underage play, prohibited conduct — are closed with immediate effect. All balances, including real-money deposits, may be forfeited where pak555 has suffered demonstrable loss or where funds originated from prohibited activity.
11. Responsible Gaming
pak555 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Responsible gaming tools are available to all accounts at all times — free of charge, immediately accessible, and with no approval process required.
- Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings. Changes to increase limits take 24 hours to apply; reductions are immediate.
- Loss Limits — Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month. When your limit is reached, further bets are blocked until the period resets.
- Session Timers — Set a maximum session duration. pak555 will alert you when you approach your limit and log you out when it is reached.
- Cool-Off Period — Take a break from pak555 for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, your account is accessible only for viewing transaction history.
- Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from pak555. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected period (minimum 6 months). pak555 will not market to self-excluded players.
Player Wellbeing Comes First
pak555 will never attempt to dissuade a player from using responsible gaming tools, setting limits, or self-excluding. 12. Limitation of Liability
pak555 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
pak555 is not liable for losses caused by: internet outages or mobile network disruptions outside our control; force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or power outages; errors in third-party payment processing systems; or any actions taken by your bank or mobile wallet provider affecting deposits or withdrawals.
pak555's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the relevant bet, stake, or deposit involved in that incident. pak555 does not accept liability for lost earnings, consequential losses, or indirect losses of any kind.
Technical Issues During Live Games
If a technical failure occurs during an active game round on pak555, the server-side outcome record is the authoritative source. Where no valid outcome exists, the stake is returned. pak555 does not compensate for perceived missed winnings due to technical interruptions.
13. Changes to These Terms
pak555 may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify active players of material changes via the registered email address at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.
Non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors, or reformatting — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
If you continue using pak555 after revised Terms have been published and the notice period has passed, this constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept a material change, you must stop using pak555 and request closure of your account and withdrawal of any balance before the change takes effect.
